TERMS OF USE - INFORMATION POLICY:

The following terms and conditions will apply to the use of the services of the company's website under the name 'Pyramid Digital' which is located at the following email addresses: a) www.dos.gr b) dos.fm, c) dos.pm.

Using the services posted on the above electronic company addresses users to grant explicit, irrevocable and unconditional consent to the following terms and conditions.

If someone does not agree with these terms and conditions, it should not make use of the services and of the company's website content in any case Pyramid Digital reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently users services if considers that their operation is loss-making.

AMENDMENT OF THESE TERMS OF USE

The Pyramid Digital reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices whenever it deems necessary, and undertakes to inform consumers of any change through its website.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Pyramid Digital is not liable to customers/users for any damages that may arise from the execution or not of their order. It also reserves the time to deliver products/services in cases of force majeure.

The Pyramid Digital does not guarantee that the services, pages, selections and contents will be provided without interruption, without errors and that the errors will be corrected.

The Pyramid Digital does not guarantee in any way the correctness, completeness or availability of services, content, pages, options or their results. The cost of possible corrections or services is borne by the customer/user and in no case the Pyramid Digital.

USER LIABILITY

1. Sending, posting, sending with e-mail, or otherwise transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, violating someone else's privacy, showing empathy, or expressing racial, national or other discrimination.
2. Making injuries to minors in any way.
3. Adult content such as porn, gambling, and anything else contrary to Greek law.
4. Sending, posting, sending with e-mail, or otherwise transmit any content for which you do not have the right to broadcast under law or contractual or management (such as inside information, proprietary and confidential information acquired or disclosed as part of an industrial relationship or covered by confidentiality agreements).
5. Sending, posting, sending with e-mail, or otherwise transmit any content that violates any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other proprietary rights of third parties.
6. Sending, posting, sending e-mail, or otherwise transmit any material containing software viruses or any other code, files or programs designed to interrupt, damage, destroy or operate any software or computer hardware.
7. Deliberate or unintended violation of applicable laws or regulations.
8. Harassment of third parties in any way.
9. Collection or storage of personal data about other users.
10. Posting videos and movies without the permission of the legal publisher (in Greek and in English).
11. Pirated software, MP3 and movie traffic.
12. Forum with links to content for which you do not have the right to broadcast under law or contractual or management relationships.
13. Streaming, reproduction of streaming video or audio directly through their hosting account (a dedicated hosting account for live audio or video streaming is provided).
    

USE OF RESOURCES

The client/user agrees that they intend to make reasonable use of the resources of the hosted server, that not all server resources are destined for their own use and that they recognize that they share the server resources with other users.

As a limit on the use of CPU and server memory, 11% of the server's total resources are set. If the processes running on the client's hosting account exceed the consumption of 11% of the server's total resources on a consistent basis, the client is advised to terminate the specific processes.

In the event that these processes cause or are likely to cause a problem with the smooth operation of the server and are at the expense of other customers, the Pyramid Digital pyramid reserves the right to terminate the processes without prior notification of the customer or even disabling the hosting account If necessary.

The available server resources are exclusively for use within the Pyramid Digital hosting accounts. It is forbidden to allocate resources in any way to third party sites in any form, including but not limited to drawing graphics or texts from third-party sites located on a Pyramid Digital server, running banner exchange programs, etc.

It is strictly forbidden to use irc, ircd, bot, and chatrooms, due to the excessive load caused by the above applications on the servers. These services are provided only after special study, agreement and billing.

The client must oversee the size of the space occupied by him and the other users of his account on the hard drives of the hosted server so that he does not exceed the limits set. If the occupied space exceeds the limits, the company reserves the right to delete records in order to return the space used to the permissible limits.

The company has the right to refuse access or give limited access to execute specific commands, and it's not provided SSH access.

The broadcasting and hosting packages provided are only given by the company for proper use, the use of excessive system resources is not acceptable.

It is forbidden to run autonomous processes, services, virtual services, web spiders or indexers, bit torrents for illegal file-sharing, peer-to-peer and gaming servers.

The mailbox limit, the base limit (sql), as well as the other active client/user account services, are counted in their personal account (cpanel).

In the event that the use of the company's services by the customer creates, at the discretion of the company, beyond the permissible limits, overloading of equipment and resources of the company, the company may suspend the operation of the account.

If the customer wishes to diagnose and resolve the problem, he/she is charged with all the costs associated with diagnosis and repair.

The company reserves the right to discontinue intensive mechanisms that are charged to the CPU.

The customer must always keep his contact information up-to-date and notify the company of any change.

Communicating and informing the customer about issues related to his/her account (server upgrades, expiration - account renewal, etc.) is carried out by email or through relevant information pages on the company's website.

The customer must regularly check the email that he/she has designated as the primary contact email and the company's website to be informed about issues related to his/her account.

The contact email should not be an email that it maintains on our company's servers. All information transmitted by the customer of the company is confidential and the company has taken all necessary measures to use them only when deemed necessary within the framework of the provided services.

FREE SERVICES/OPTIONAL USE

In any free services provided through radio, television or other service packages and generally any free services packages provided on this site, the Pyramid Digital:

It does not provide any guarantee of good functioning, suitability, as well as incomplete support and availability of time and duration of free services, and use in no way may give rise to any claim on the part of the parties to cover any positive or negative damage in connection with the use, the inability to use, or the results of their use.

In general, free services are provided "as it is" without any warranty, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for compatibility and/or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

The use of free services is optional and can be omitted or interrupted at any time either by the client/user (he does not want to use or wishes to interrupt it) or by the administrator-server without warning in any case of improper use , or misuse of the free service. BACKUPS

The company is not required to maintain a back-up of the hosting accounts. The customer is required to back up any part of its files or global copies through the Backup tool, which is included for free in its Control Panel (cPanel).

Each site or server owner has the ultimate and exclusive responsibility to hold BACKUPS (namely to create a back up to their sites).

In addition, customers who have not settled their debts for more than 30 days, the account is permanently deleted and can not be recovered.

AVAILABILITY - UPTIME

The Pyramid Digital guarantess the continuous operation of its online services and its servers «uptime» at 99,5%.

The Pyramid Digital assumes no responsibility if its services are not available due to force majeure (natural disasters, difficulties/malfunction of Greek internet connection (ISP), technical reasons make this necessary (server upgrades) or disconnection of the Greek internet with the Global web).

In the event of a breakdown or shutdown resulting from a server downtime/malfunction exceeding three and a half hours a month, the customer will automatically receive one day of additional use of its services free of charge.

GUARANTEE

Radio & TV streaming service packages, as well as web hosting packages of the Pyramid Digital are accompanied by a 15 day money back guarantee from the start date of the hosting account. If the customer is not satisfied with the company's service level, he may, within 15 days of the start of his account, request the cancellation of this agreement. In this case, the total amount of his subscription is returned to the client.

If the amount of the subscription included additional costs (such as buying a domain name, third party commissions or bank or credit card commissions, installation fees, specialized technical support via telephone or remote through teamviewer, third party data transfer, additional services). The amount of the subscription is refunded to the customer after deducting the above costs. No refunds are made after the 15th day of the subscription. The above guarantee applies only to broadcasting service packages, as well as to hosting service packages and not to all services provided by the Pyramid Digital.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS OF USE

The terms of use set by Pyramid Digital have been drafted in accordance with Greek law and are governed by Greek law, applicable laws of the European Union and International Treaties.
